Ingredients

  • 3 cups Gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1 cup Raw almonds, chopped

  • 0.5 cup Raw sunflower seeds
  • 0.5 cup Raw pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup Melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons Chia seeds

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free rolled oats, chopped almonds, chopped pecans, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and shredded coconut.

Step 3

Add the ground cinnamon and salt to the dry ingredients and stir until well mixed.
