  • 2 tablespoons Gluten-free taco seasoning

  • 4 pieces Gluten-free flour tortillas (10-12 inches)
  • 4 pieces Gluten-free tostada shells
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup Tomato, diced
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.

Step 2

Add gluten-free taco seasoning and water to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 3 minutes until the seasoning is well incorporated. Remove from heat.

Step 3

Lay a gluten-free flour tortilla on a flat surface. In the center, place a generous portion of the seasoned beef.
