Ingredients

  • 3 cups Gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar

  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Xanthan gum
  • 1 cup Whole milk
  • 5 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1.5 tablespoons Ground cinnamon
  • 0.75 cup Packed brown sugar
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Heavy cream

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine gluten-free flour, granulated sugar, instant yeast, salt, and xanthan gum. Stir until well mixed.

In a small saucepan, heat the milk and 3 tablespoons of butter over medium heat until the butter is melted and the mixture is warm but not hot.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and vanilla extract.
