  • 8 ounces Gluten-free noodles
  • 0.25 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the diced onion, carrots, and celery to the pot. Saute until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
