  • 1 pound Chicken breast
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 cup Gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 12 pieces Gluten-free slider buns or rolls
  • 0 Gluten-free cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine warm water and sugar, and sprinkle the yeast over the top. Allow to bloom for about 5 minutes until foamy.
