Ingredients

  • 250 grams Gluten-free all-purpose flour blend
  • 7 grams Instant yeast
  • 10 grams Sugar
  • 5 grams Salt
  • 250 milliliters Warm water
  • 60 milliliters Olive oil
  • 5 grams Xanthan gum
  • 5 grams Garlic powder
  • 5 grams Dried oregano
  • 50 grams Shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 30 grams Butter, melted
  • 2 grams Salt, for topping

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free all-purpose flour, instant yeast, sugar, salt, and xanthan gum. Mix well.

Step 3

Add warm water and 30 ml of olive oil to the dry ingredients. Stir the mixture until it comes together to form a sticky dough.

Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 3 minutes until smooth.

Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a bread stick shape, about 15 cm long.
