Ingredients

  • 3 cups Gluten-Free Oats
  • 1 cup Raw Almonds, chopped
  • 1 cup Raw Pecans, chopped
  • 0.5 cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • 0.5 cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 cup Dried Blueberries
  • 0.5 cup Shredded Unsweetened Coconut
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Maple Syrup
  • 0.5 cup Coconut Oil
  • 1.5 teaspoons Vanilla Extract

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free oats, chopped almonds, chopped pecans, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, shredded coconut, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well to evenly distribute the dry ingredients.
