  • 1 Cucumber, sliced
  • 1 Tomato, sliced
  • 0.5 Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt (gluten-free)
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill, chopped
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt for sauce
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper for sauce

Directions

Step 1

Slice the beef sirloin steak thinly against the grain.
