Ingredients

  • 250 grams Gluten-free pasta
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 0.5 cup Fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Step 2

Add the gluten-free pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente.

Step 3

While the pasta is cooking, finely chop the garlic, basil, parsley, and thyme. Set aside.

Step 4

In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and heat for 1-2 minutes.

Add the chopped garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

Add the chopped herbs to the skillet and toss them quickly in the hot oil for about 30 seconds.

Drain the cooked pasta, reserving about 1/2 cup of the pasta water.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing it to combine with the herbs and garlic.

If the pasta seems dry, add a bit of the reserved pasta water to loosen it up.
