  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons gluten-free flour
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup, grated parmesan cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Sauté the diced onion for 5 minutes until soft.
