Ingredients

  • 1 package Gluten-free pizza crust mix
  • 0.75 cup Warm water
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 cup Gluten-free pizza sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup Cooked sliced ham
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free pizza crust mix with warm water and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Stir until a soft dough forms.
