Ingredients

  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 6 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 large Egg
  • 8 slices Thinly sliced ham
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
