  • 4 slices Gluten-free bread
  • 200 g Halloumi cheese

  • 1 large Tomato

  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the halloumi cheese into four even 1/2-inch thick slices.
