Ingredients

  • 250 grams Halloumi cheese
  • 4 pieces Gluten-free burger buns
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 1 cup Mixed salad greens
  • 0.5 small Red onion
  • 4 tablespoons Gluten-free mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the halloumi cheese into 8 thick slices.

Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and brush with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
