Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 Gluten-free wraps
  • 2 cups Mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 Cucumber
  • 0.5 Red onion
  • 0.5 cup Shredded cheese (optional)
  • 0.5 cup Gluten-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Honey

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill to medium heat.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Coat both sides well and let them marinate for at least 10 minutes.

While the chicken is marinating, prepare the vegetables: halve the cherry tomatoes, slice the cucumber into thin rounds, and slice the red onion thinly.
