  • 150 grams Gluten-free rolled oats

  • 50 grams Pumpkin seeds
  • 50 grams Sunflower seeds
  • 50 grams Chopped almonds
  • 50 grams Raisins
  • 50 grams Honey
  • 3 tablespoons Coconut oil, melted
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 150 grams Almond flour
  • 100 ml Milk (dairy or plant-based)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free rolled oats, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chopped almonds, and raisins.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, honey, melted coconut oil, and milk until well combined.

Add the almond flour, baking powder, and salt to the wet ingredients and stir until smooth.
