Ingredients

  • 300 grams Gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 7 grams Instant yeast
  • 20 grams Granulated sugar
  • 5 grams Salt
  • 240 milliliters Warm water
  • 60 milliliters Olive oil
  • 1 large Egg
  • 5 grams Garlic powder
  • 50 grams Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 10 grams Chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine the gluten-free all-purpose flour, instant yeast, granulated sugar, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix the warm water, olive oil, and egg together until combined.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a sticky dough forms.
