  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 pound Chicken breast, boneless and skinless
  • 0.25 cup Olive oil
  • 4 pieces Gluten-free tortillas
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup Tomatoes, diced
  • 1 medium Avocado, sliced
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Hot sauce

Directions

Step 1

Slice the chicken breast into strips. Place the strips in a bowl and pour the buttermilk over them. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.

In another bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
