  • 1 3-4 pounds Whole chicken
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 whole Lemon
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

2. Rinse the chicken under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Ensure the chicken cavity is empty.
