  • 12 pieces Gluten-free corn tortillas
  • 2 cups Cooked and shredded chicken breast

  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream (gluten-free)
  • 0.5 cup Salsa
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 pieces Lime, cut into wedges

Directions

Step 1

In a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant and translucent, approximately 3-4 minutes.

Add the shredded chicken, cumin, chili powder, and salt to the skillet. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
