  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 200 grams Creme fraiche
  • 50 grams Sour cream
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 100 grams Smoked bacon, sliced into strips
  • 1 medium Yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh chives, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 240°C (465°F) and place a baking sheet or pizza stone inside to heat.

Step 2

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free all-purpose flour, xanthan gum, and salt.

Add the warm water and olive oil to the flour mixture. Stir until a dough forms.

Knead the dough gently on a floured surface until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
