  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Once melted, pour in the egg mixture.

Cook the eggs, stirring occasionally, until they are scrambled and just cooked through. Remove the skillet from heat and set aside.
