  • 5 whole Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 100 grams Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons Cocoa powder (for dusting)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a 9-inch round springform pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.

In a heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water, melt the bittersweet chocolate and unsalted butter together, stirring occasionally until smooth. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
