Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Gluten-free French bread loaf
  • 2 tablespoons Yellow mustard
  • 4 slices Dill pickles
  • 4 ounces Sliced ham
  • 4 ounces Roast pork, cooked and thinly sliced
  • 3 ounces Swiss cheese, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Butter

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a panini press or sandwich grill to medium heat.

Step 2

Slice the gluten-free French bread loaf in half lengthwise and then cut horizontally to create two sandwich bases. You will have four pieces.

Step 3

Generously spread yellow mustard on the cut side of each bread piece.

Step 4

On the bottom slice of each sandwich, layer two slices of dill pickle, 2 ounces of sliced ham, 2 ounces of roast pork, and 1.5 ounces of Swiss cheese.

Step 5

Place the top half of the bread loaves on the filled sandwiches.

Step 6

Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on the top exterior side of each sandwich.

Step 7

Place the sandwiches butter-side down on the preheated panini press.

Step 8

Spread the remaining butter on the now top side of the sandwiches.

Step 9

Close the panini press, and cook the sandwiches until the bread is golden brown and crispy, and the cheese has melted, approximately 5 to 7 minutes.

Step 10

Carefully remove the sandwiches from the grill, cut in half diagonally, and serve hot.
