Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Grouper fillets
  • 1 cup Gluten-free breadcrumbs

  • 0.5 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.25 cup Olive oil
  • 4 pieces Gluten-free hamburger buns
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 0.5 cup Tartar sauce
  • 4 pieces Lemon wedges

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Pat the grouper fillets dry with paper towels. This will help the breading stick better.

In a shallow bowl, mix together the gluten-free breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
