  • 1.25 cup Sparkling water
  • 3 cups Vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

Peel the yams and slice them into thin pieces about 1/4 inch thick to ensure even cooking and crispiness.

In a large bowl, mix the rice flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika until well combined.
