Ingredients

  • 500 grams squid
  • 100 grams gluten-free flour

  • 120 milliliters milk
  • 1 medium lemon
  • 500 milliliters vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

Clean the squid: Rinse the squid under cold water and remove the head and tentacles. Pull out the inner cartilage and discard. Cut the body into 1 cm thick rings. Pat the rings dry with paper towels.

In a shallow bowl, mix together gluten-free flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
