  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 120 milliliters Water
  • 200 grams Gluten-Free Breadcrumbs
  • 500 milliliters Oil for Frying

Directions

Step 1

Clean the mushrooms by gently wiping them with a damp cloth or paper towel. Trim the stems if necessary.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the rice flour, cornstarch, and baking powder. Then add 1 teaspoon of salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
