  • 2 pieces Chicken breast, boneless and skinless
  • 240 ml Buttermilk
  • 180 g Gluten-free all-purpose flour

  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Paprika

  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 500 ml Vegetable oil for frying

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces, approximately 1-inch cubes.

In a bowl, pour the buttermilk over the chicken pieces and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator. This step can be done ahead of time and left overnight for more tender chicken.
