  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 large Egg
  • 120 milliliters Milk (gluten-free)
  • 100 grams Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions, finely chopped
  • 500 milliliters Sunflower oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free all-purpose flour, chickpea flour, baking powder, salt, ground black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix well to ensure even distribution of dry ingredients.

Add the egg and milk to the dry ingredients, and mix until you have a thick batter.
