  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil, for frying

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, softened cream cheese, chopped parsley, chopped basil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
