Ingredients

  • 12 oz Gluten-free pasta
  • 1 lb Raw prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 units Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Chicken or vegetable broth
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp Red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the gluten-free pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Step 3

Add the prawns to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Remove the prawns from the skillet and set aside.

Step 4

In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream and chicken or vegetable broth. Stir well to combine and let it come to a gentle simmer.
