  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 8 ounces Cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer the chicken to a plate and set aside.
