Ingredients

  • 20 pieces Gluten-free wonton wrappers
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 6 oz Imitation crab meat or cooked crab meat
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Gluten-free soy sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 Egg, beaten (for sealing)
  • 3 cups Vegetable oil (for frying)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, imitation or cooked crab meat, green onions, gluten-free soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until creamy and well-blended.

Step 2

Lay out gluten-free wonton wrappers on a clean, flat surface.

Step 3

Place approximately 1 tablespoon of the crab mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
