  • 350 grams Gluten-free pizza crust mix
  • 250 ml Warm water
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 200 ml Pizza sauce
  • 200 grams Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 medium, sliced Red bell pepper
  • 100 grams, sliced Mushrooms
  • 0.5 medium, sliced Red onion
  • 50 grams, sliced Black olives
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 10 grams Fresh basil leaves

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free pizza crust mix with warm water, olive oil, and eggs. Stir until a smooth dough forms.

Step 3

Transfer the dough to the lined baking sheet. Using wet hands, gently flatten and shape the dough into a circular base about 1 cm thick.
