Ingredients

  • 200 grams Gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 115 grams Unsalted butter, softened
  • 150 grams Granulated sugar
  • 2 pieces Large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Pure vanilla extract
  • 120 milliliters Milk
  • 50 grams Almond flour

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with butter or line with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, whisk together the gluten-free all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar using a hand mixer or stand mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
