Ingredients

  • 3 slices Gluten-free sandwich bread
  • 4 ounces Cooked turkey breast
  • 3 strips Bacon
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 2 large Lettuce leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon strips and cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through. Remove the bacon from the skillet and let it drain on a paper towel-lined plate.

While the bacon is cooking, wash and slice the tomato into 1/4-inch thick slices. Set aside.
