Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Gluten-free bread rolls
  • 8 links Gluten-free sausages
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 large Onion
  • 1 large Red bell pepper
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach leaves
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons Mustard

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) to warm the gluten-free bread rolls.

Step 2

Slice the onion and red bell pepper into thin strips.

Step 3

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Step 4

Add the sliced onion to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.

Step 5

Add the red bell pepper to the skillet and continue to sauté for another 3 minutes.

Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and add the gluten-free sausages, cooking them for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are thoroughly cooked and browned all over.
