Ingredients

  • 500 grams Russet potatoes
  • 150 grams Diced cooked ham
  • 60 grams Gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 120 grams Gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 5 grams Salt
  • 2 grams Black pepper
  • 15 grams Chopped fresh parsley
  • 40 grams Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 30 grams Unsalted butter
  • 500 milliliters Vegetable oil for frying

Directions

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and cut them into chunks. Bring a large pot of water to boil and add the potatoes. Cook them until they are tender, approximately 15 minutes.

Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add the butter, salt, and black pepper, then mash until smooth.

Step 3

Stir in the diced ham, chopped parsley, grated Parmesan cheese, and check the seasoning. Let the mixture cool slightly.

Shape the mashed potato mixture into 8-10 small cylinder or oval shapes (about 60 grams each).

Prepare three shallow bowls: beat the eggs in one, put the gluten-free flour in the second, and place the gluten-free breadcrumbs in the third.
