  • 1 cup Gluten-free oats

  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.75 cup Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine gluten-free oats and milk. Allow soaking for about 5 minutes until the oats are slightly softened.

Add the ground beef, eggs, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce to the oats and milk mixture. Mix thoroughly using your hands or a spatula until well combined.
