Ingredients

  • 0.5 cups Unsalted butter, softened
  • 0.5 cups Brown sugar, packed
  • 0.25 cups Granulated sugar
  • 1 whole Large egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cups Macadamia nuts, roughly chopped
  • 1 cups White chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the gluten-free all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until creamy and smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
