  • 115 grams Unsalted Butter
  • 100 grams Brown Sugar
  • 50 grams Granulated Sugar
  • 1 large Egg
  • 60 milliliters Molasses
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, whisk together the gluten-free all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
