Ingredients

  • 2 slices Gluten-free bread slices
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Butter or margarine

  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 leaves Lettuce leaves
  • 1 slice Tomato
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise

Directions

Step 1

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine.

Step 2

Crack the eggs into the skillet and season with salt and black pepper.

Step 3
