Ingredients

  • 3 cups Gluten-free all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1.5 cups Warm water
  • 0.5 cup Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Sea salt flakes

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free all-purpose flour, xanthan gum, instant yeast, granulated sugar, and salt. Mix well to ensure even distribution of the ingredients.

Step 2

Add the warm water and 1/4 cup of the olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix using a spatula until a sticky dough forms.
