Ingredients

  • 8 slices Gluten-free sandwich bread
  • 1 large Cucumber
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh chives
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash the cucumber thoroughly and peel it. Slice the cucumber into very thin rounds, approximately 1/8 inch thick.

Step 2

Place the sliced cucumbers onto a paper towel to absorb excess moisture, lightly salting them to enhance flavor. Let them rest for about 10 minutes.
