Ingredients

  • 4 Gluten-Free Croissants
  • 200 grams Sliced turkey breast
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 4 leaves Green leaf lettuce
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the gluten-free croissants on the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 5-7 minutes until they are warmed through and slightly crispy.

Meanwhile, slice the tomato and avocado into thin slices.
