  • 1 tablespoon Cornmeal

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free bread flour, salt, and instant yeast.

In a separate bowl, mix the warm water and honey until the honey dissolves.

Gradually add the honey-water mixture to the dry ingredients, mixing continuously until a smooth dough forms.
