  • 2 Gluten-free bread slices
  • 2 slices Gluten-free cooked ham slices
  • 2 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Begin by laying out the two slices of gluten-free bread on a clean surface.

Spread the Dijon mustard evenly on one side of each bread slice.

Step 3

Place one slice of gluten-free cooked ham over the mustard on one of the bread slices.

Lay two slices of Cheddar cheese on top of the ham.

Top it with the second slice of ham and close the sandwich with the other slice of bread, mustard side facing inwards.

Heat a non-stick skillet or frying pan over medium heat.
