  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 leaves Lettuce
  • 2 slices Tomato

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on one side of each slice of gluten-free bread.

Step 3

Spread 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard on the other side of each slice of gluten-free bread.

Step 4

Place one slice of bread, mayonnaise side down, onto a plate.

Step 5

Layer the sandwich with 2 slices of ham, 2 slices of cheddar cheese, 2 slices of tomato, and 2 leaves of lettuce on top.

Top with the second slice of bread, mustard side up.

Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in the preheated skillet.
