  • 4 pieces Gluten-free tortillas
  • 6 pieces Large eggs
  • 0.25 cup Milk

  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 ounces Gluten-free breakfast sausage
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 cup Chopped onion
  • 0.5 cup Chopped bell pepper
  • 0.5 cup Salsa
  • 1 piece Avocado, sliced

Directions

Step 1

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add chopped onion and bell pepper to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.

Add gluten-free breakfast sausage to the skillet, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned. Remove the mixture from the skillet and set aside.
